This shandy is made for moments when you 're looking for refreshment – ​​and want to maintain clarity . Light, sparkling, and surprisingly complex.

The base is our non-alcoholic lager , brewed with Pilsner malt and caramel malt , which gives the beer structure and a subtle malty undertone. Hallertau Tradition and Saaz hops provide a gentle bitterness and balance in the background.

The beer is refined with 50% grapefruit-yuzu lemonade . The grapefruit brings a pleasant, slightly tart freshness, while the yuzu, with its delicate citrus notes, adds excitement and elegance. The result is a shandy that is lively and refreshing without being sweet or overpowering.

OSMO is handcrafted – with time, care, and genuine brewing expertise. We are a young Swiss craft brewery and apprenticeship company, combining traditional brewing craftsmanship with a modern non-alcoholic brewing philosophy. Each batch is produced locally on our own state-of-the-art 10hl brewing system, 100% Swiss made using select raw materials of the highest quality.

We believe in character over mass production, are constantly developing new and innovative creations, and are committed to sustainable local production. For us, omitting alcohol is not a trend, but a conscious decision for balance, clarity, and full flavour.

Short answer: No! Less sugar at OSMO is not a marketing promise, but a conscious decision.

Our non-alcoholic beverages are produced using a genuine brewing process, in which a large portion of the natural malt sugars is broken down during fermentation. This means the flavor comes from malt, hops, and yeast – not from added sweetness.

We consciously avoid unnecessary sugar because we believe in balance rather than excess. The result is non-alcoholic beers that remain refreshing, balanced, and light – without being overly sweet and without putting a strain on the body.

For our non-alcoholic beverages we use natural, plant-based glycolipids as a preservative. This innovative microbial protection helps us maintain freshness and quality without altering the taste. It is not synthetically produced or used as a conventional additive, but rather naturally supports the shelf life of our products.

Our OSMO drinks are alcohol-free and contain less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, as is common with many other alcohol-free products. For comparison: a ripe banana or fruit juices can also contain small amounts of alcohol. See srf.ch Wissen for more information.

Basically, our products are intended for healthy, adult people who want to enjoy them consciously – with full flavor and a clear mind.
